New Year’s Greeting

My dear fellowmen：

      As the year of the tiger is approaching to the end,we are here to celebrate the coming new year. The past year was an extraordinarily important and unique year for our company's development.

     Under socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era,we followed the new enterprise spirit that encourages our people to build ourselves wholeheartedly to benefit the company and every one of us. All our 16,000 employees focused on maintaining our fundamental operations in the first place.We struggled with the economic adjustment and suffered from the relentless impacts from the pandemic.At the same time,we have to make adjustments according to the new industrial policies and the new changes in the market.Nonetheless, we kept learning,thinking,adjusting, and practicing,again and again. Guided by the great minds and a strong will as Yugong’s,we worked step by step with determination and composure even in the face of difficulties and chaos.As a result,we settled down numerous conflicts, disputes,obstacles,risks,and challenges,thus achieving the best performance in our history,and laying down a solid foundation for our future development.Meanwhile,our medical service business(Zhongyuan Medical Service)adhered to combining public welfare,social benefits,and profitability in our development,aimed to build a market-oriented medical center in the east of Heilongjiang province, improving our comprehensive service capabilities in all respects.As for research and development,the pharmaceutical business(China Golden Horse) has made substantial progress centered on new drugs of category 1.1. Besides,our Group (ChinaZYFInvestments)made structural adjustments in a systematic approach on our property assets management.

      My dear comrades,whether our focus is to maintain the basic operations or to fascinate our core leadership,we could learn our lesson from the year.The world changes, and new problems and challenges emerge.What was reasonable in the past may not be applied in the future;what was effective may not have efficiency in coming life.The more we follow the trend,take the lead,and act with scientific methods, the better achievements we can make  to defeat with all changes around us, thus remaining invincible forever.

     My dear comrades,a new year means we will have new expectations and reach new achievements.“If you can make things better for one day, you should make them better every day and never stop doing this.” The new year will still be the key to our development.In this year,Zhongyuan Medical Service will make substantial progress in going public; the new drug will enter the next important stage after Phase III clinical.Both new and old businesses of our company will gather new momentum,promising a bright and exciting future for our future development.The heavy asset integration will show a clear and definite outcome. In order to adapt ourselves to new changes,the company’s governance system and management capabilities will be further legalized, standardized, and regulated. We will achieve a balance between the public and private, between ownership and management, and between capital and labor.We will take full advantage of our system and mechanism and stimulate all favorable factors,establishing the belief of sharing both glory and suffering, abiding by the law and justice. I’m convinced that as long as we stick tightly to our goals, we will reach the desirable end in spite of any difficulties.
